Is online training an approved way to receive CPR or First Aid certification?
Yes. Online training is now an approved method of CPR and First Aid certification. We have successfully certified thousands of students online. We have certified nurses, physicians, chiropractors, dentists, dental assistants, teachers, physical therapists, personal trainers, foster parents, coaches, home health aides, industrial workers, and many others.
What training organization is your accreditation through?

We are accredited through the American Health Association.  American Health training adheres to the internationally accepted guidelines established by ILCOR*, the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation.  The training adheres to 2005 ECC Guidelines and is based upon the Consensus Conference on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care Science.

*ILCOR members include the Australian Resuscitation Council, the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, the American Health Association, the European Resuscitation Council, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Inter-American Heart Foundation, the New Zealand Resuscitation Council, and the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa.

This curriculum is equivalent and follows the same guidelines taught by American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and National Safety Council.

American Health Association training adheres to OSHA  regulations 29 CFR Directive CPL-02-02-053.  Meets guidelines of the following organizations:  US Dept. of Labor, American Dental Association, JCAHO, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, US Dept. of Health and Human Services. What kind of certification card will I receive once I have completed my training?
Cards issued are from the American Health Association. The American Health Association is a nationally accredited training organization that has certified tens of thousands of students over the years. AHA cards are accepted in all 50 states including Canada.
After completion can I print my certificate?
Yes. After completing your training course you will be able to immediately print a course completion certificate. We will also mail you your official certification card/s.
How do I enroll for online training?
On the home page of our website you will see the courses we offer, click on the “Enroll Now” button to register for that course. Fill out the student information form and make your payment using any major credit/debit card.
What happens after I enroll?
Immediately after enrolling you will be directed to our online training section. Once there, you can view your personal information along with your course information. You can begin your training course immediately. Each course has multiple sections of training. Once you have completed all sections of your training course you can immediately print a course completion certificate. We will also automatically mail your official certification card/s.
How do I enroll 2 or more students?
Change the quantity in your shopping cart to the number of courses that you would like to purchase. After your order completes, in your student area there is an option that allows you to change the student name on each course to whomever you like. If you purchase 5 or more courses you will then be recognized as a group. Groups receive a $5.00 discount per course. During Group enrollment one individual needs to enroll as the “Group Administrator.” After enrollment, the Group Administrator will add the other members to the group.
Do I receive a course textbook when taking an online course?
No. From the date of your online enrollment you will have access to your training course for 18 months. You can review the online course material as often as you like during that period.
Are the online tests complicated or difficult to pass?
No. Thousands of students have already taken our online training and successfully passed all of our online courses. The tests are not difficult and easy to understand.
What if I don't pass the test?
No problem! You can take the test as many times as you like until you successfully pass all segments of the training.
How long does the training take?
Each course is self-paced and can take 30-90 minutes to complete.
Can I stop and start my training course?
During enrollment you will create a username and password for login. Using the “Student Login” button on the home page of our website you will be able to log in and out of your training course as often as you like.
How long do I have to complete the training course?
You have 6 months from your enrollment date to complete your training.
How do I get my certification card/s?
After completing your training course, a printable certificate will be generated and available to you in the student section. Your actual nationally accredited certification wallet card/s will be mailed within 5 business days of your course completion.
